On Sunday morning, 31 March 2013, it is Europe's turn to switch to daylight saving time (DST): at 01:00 in Western Europe, at 02:00 in Central Europe and at 03:00 in Eastern Europe.[1]

The clocks go forward one hour at these times:

Western Europe at 01:00:

Central Europe at 02:00:

Eastern Europe at 03:00:

Update, 26 October 2026: The EU rule has not changed: clocks go forward one hour on the final Sunday of March every year;[1] in 2026 that was 29 March 2026. An EU vote on ending the clock changes is expected in June 2027.[2] Turkey stopped changing its clocks in 2016, so Ankara no longer moves its clocks.[3] See also: Europe moves to standard time on 27 October 2013 and Europe moves to summer time on 27 March 2016.
